Getting Here
Traveling to the Isle of Islay takes around two and a half hours from Glasgow, driving past Loch Lomond, through Inverary to Kennacraig.
There are regular sailings to Islay with Caledonian MacBrayne to Islay from Kennacraig ferry terminal. Please check www.calmac.co.uk or telephone 0800 066 5000 for travel information.
You can also fly from Glasgow International Airport with Flybe, the flight is around 30 minutes. Please check www.flybe.com for travel information.
Arriving on Islay your holiday cottage is in Bowmore which is 20 minutes from either ferry port and 10 minutes from the airport.
